Fair condition, 5,5/10, Made in Spain (Sevilla), according to some forums this model may be the same as the Sanchis 2F that is about 1400euro brand new but we are not certain, cedar top, very high action but playable, one repaired top crack behind the bridge, has a golpeador (see thru pickguard for flamenco players), the tops of the frets have been levelled with a file and are flat, sycamore body, most Barba guitars are in the 5-9000euro range and this one is more affordable but we are not sure about this info, more info from online: ”The sons of the esteemed Ricardo Sanchis Carpio build guitars under this label.” and more info: ”Francisco Barba was born in 1939 in Sevilla.At the beginning of the 1970s he started working as a carpenter with his father, until he decided, being 17 years old, to become a self-taught luthier.
