1980-1983 LYS L-25-12 Natural

Very Good condition, 7,5/10, Made in Canada, including hardcase, 12-string version of the top-of-the-line L-25 model, solid spruce top, solid rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl dot inlay, appears to have had a repaired headstock crack (no break) under the factory finish (blacklights uniformly), plays great with low action and a straight neck, has some "burn" marks on the back where the finish has reacted to something while laying in the case (a strap possibly?), the LYS brand (pronounced "Lee", the name is derived from "Fleur-de-lys", which is also manifested in the headstock shape) was produced by Unisonic, founded by Robert Godin (Godin Guitars) and Claude Boucher (son of Normand Boucher, who was the founder of Norman Guitars), and handcrafted in LaPatrie, Quebec, Canada.
