Good condition, 6,5/10, Made in Japan, including original hardcase, flamed maple body, the binding is beginning to rot a bit and the finish is getting dark from this, a previous owner has tried to hide some missing binding with white correction fluid, original tuners with stars and 2pc Super 70´s Maxon-made humbuckers, gold hardware, more info: The 2464 is a hollow body archtop style electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1975. It was crafted in Japan. It's visually similar to Gibson's Byrdland model. The 2464 features a full-hollow body design with arched spruce top, ƒ holes and ivory multi-binding on selected maple back and sides with a single Venetian cutaway mated to a set-in hard laminated maple neck with 22-fret polished ebony fingerboard, pearl block position markers, and a black headstock with a fancy inlay and the Ibanez logo. Components include a pair of floating Ibanez Super 70 humbucking pickups, a tortoise pickguard which supports the pickups and contains the controls, an ebony bridge, gold plated fancy tailpiece and Smooth Tuner machine heads. The 2455 is a similar model with a 20-fret ebonized rosewood fingerboard. The 2464 was discontinued after 1977.
