Excellent condition, 8/10, Made in Sweden, including original arched orange hardcase, this model was the top-of-the-line 1933-1937 and in our opinion the 1930s was the golden era for Levins of this type, this guitar has been refinished professionally some time in the past and has a nice sunburst with thin finish, because of the refinish the serial number on top of the headstock is no longer readable (but you can see that it is there), the fingerboard and pickguard have been replaced, 2 cracks in the top have been spliced nicely with wood under the new finish, and are almost impossible to find unless you know what you are looking for, this guitar came to us with a bad neck angle and bent neck but it now plays great after a refret and a neck reset, the tuners have been replaced with modern chrome Grover tuners, more info: Specifications: Non-cutaway.
