Shipping Policies

Delivery time

We always strive to ship your order within 1-3 days from order placement. Larger orders and amplifiers can more time. We prefer to let our workshop check the used gear we ship to make sure everything is as good as possible when you recieve the goods . During holidays and sales the number of orders increase and we may need more time. For special orders and items that we need to have shipped to us from a distributor delivery time may vary, but most of the time 7-10 days is possible. If this would change we will stay in touch with you.

Shipper

Order within Sweden are shipped with DHL who delivers your package to the closest package center to you. When ordering larger goods, for example amplifiers, these are shipped with DHL and delivered to your door. For international order we use many different shipping carriers. After all these years we have learnt the hard way how to pack to make sure our delicate goods arrives safely across the globe.

Returns

  • When ordering online within Sweden there is a 14 day right of withdrawal.
  • 
No returns on sale items, opened packages, installed pickups and microphones, tubes and special ordered items.
  • 
New products must be in perfect condition and be possible to sell as new
  • Used items must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped.
  • In our physical store we offer a 7 day exchange period.
  • No returns from companies who buy within the EU with a VAT-number.

Cost for shipping within Sweden

  • Smaller packages are 69SEK
  • Guitars and smaller amps are 149SEK (with some exceptions)

  • Larger goods such as speaker cabinets and large amps we charge the actual cost for shipping.

This is how you do a return

  1. Email us at info@oscarguitars.se and let us know about your return
  2. We will send you a return shipping label for use on the package.
  3. The package is delivered to your DHL office.
  4. As soon as we have received and checked your return we will refund your money or replace the item as quickly as we can.

Return of a faulty product

  1. Please double check if it really is the item or the surrounding gear that causes a problem, for example cables/adapters etc. If we send you a return shipping label and there is nothing wrong with the item we will debit you the cost for shipping both ways.
  2. We will send you a return shipping label to attach to your package.
  3. The package is delivered to your DHL office.
  4. As soon as we have received and checked your return we will refund your money or replace the item as quickly as we can.
