Good condition, 6/10, Made in Sweden, including hardcase, non-cutaway, has the EL-brand which means it was sold by Erik Nilsson who had a music store in Eskilstuna, has been played a lot and has some repair work done over the years including new frets, changed tuners (gold Gotoh) and bridge, the tip of the headstock has been re-glued, repaired crack in the top under the bass side of the bridge, repaired cracks in the body and heel, has had a neck reset with some ugly marks around the heel, great sound, more info: The Kay-Tone line of guitars was made by Levinduring 1939-1947 for Ehrling & Löfvenholm, a music store and music publishing company formed in 1939 by famous Swedish band leader and composer Thore Ehrling and Berthel Löfvenholm. The Count model was the second highest model in the line. Specifications: Non-cutaway. Body width: 420 mm. Body length: 510 mm. Body depth: 85 mm. Hand carved top & back. Spruce top with undetermined bracing. 4-ply bound top with single-bound f-holes. Single-bound back. 3-ply bound pickguard. non-adjustable T-shaped duraluminum truss rod.
