Fender Jazz Bass refinished olympic white -64 serial L49095, beg. (Stockholm)

Very Good condition, 7,5/10, all original parts, neck stamp 7JUL64A which means this is a narrow A-size neck (From the early '60s to the early '70s, Fender referred specifically to the nut width of its instrument necks using the letters A (1 ½”), B (1 5/8″), C (1 ¾”) and D (1 7/8″). These letters were stamped on the butt-end of the necks, and have nothing to do with neck profile.), clay dots and threaded saddles, has been refretted a long time ago and has very little fret wear, red tortoise pickguard.

Stackpole pots dated 26th week of 1964, both pickups are grey bottom pickups and the bridge pickup has an unreadable pencil date marking underneath, the neck pickup has been rewound by Swedish pickup guru Johan Lundgren and has the typical 1964-end of 1970´s burgundy red enamel wire but the bridge pickup has the more copper colored formvar wire, including original thumbrest and both covers, including the original white tolex hardcase in bad condition (the brown leather reinforcement is loose on both sides) but it could probably be restored nicely
