The Fender Mustang is a solid body electric guitar produced by the Fender Musical Instruments Corporation. It was introduced in 1964 as the basis of a major redesign of Fender's student models, the Musicmaster and Duo-Sonic. It was produced until 1982 and reissued in 1990.
Good condition, 6,5/10, Made in USA, neck is stamped 16DEC67B, original neck grey bottom pickup dated in pencil 11-18-65 which means Nov 18th 1965, and the bridge pickup is a black bottom single coil (which they only did on some modells in 67 and 73 after 1964) with the orange and white plastic cables typical for late 60´s, the Stackpole pots are dated 3046618 so the 18th week of 1966, lots of normal wear, no case
