The LS550 is an Lonestar series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1986. It was produced in Japan.

The LS550 features a dreadnought body shape constructed of a spruce top bound with black purfling on flamed maple wood back and sides. The round soundhole is trimmed with black and white multi-line rosette. The nato neck has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with white triangle position markers and a pointy headstock. Components include a plastic saddle on a rosewood bridge, a bone nut, and black Die-cast machine heads.

The LS510 is a similar model with maple back and sides, black hardware and black finish.

The LS550 was offered only in 1986.
