Very Good condition, 7,5/10, Made in USA, built by a famous luthier from Tallahasse, Florida who also made simple Strumsticks (looks a bit like Dulcimers), and about 25 hand made guitars made from the best woods possible, this one in beautiful birdseye maple with a spruce top, comes with a story; two repaired cracks in the top after the first snowfall in Tallahasse (northern Florida) in 56 years, the name Mill Creek comes from the street where the luthier lives
